We have two ways to register this year! You can print out the registration
form as in previous years, fill it out, and mail it in along with a
check or money order, or you can use our new online registration form
and pay by credit card using a secure paypal account.

Adult registration: $69 if postmarked (or registered online) by Jan.
31st, $79 thereafter
Adult registrations include all meals, as well as your choice of Slow
Roasted Prime Rib, Chicken Oscar, or Stuffed Shells Florentine at the
Friday banquet.
* Note: We must have your registration by March 26th to guarantee
your place and choice of meal at the Friday Trivia Banquet. We
welcome walk-in
registrations, but may not be able to provide a seat at the banquet.
This year, there is an additional registration option for children
who do not wish to attend the banquet. Children age 5 and under, not
attending Friday banquet, are free.
Registration for a child of any age requiring a seat at the Friday banquet is
full price.
*Note that there will be no specific children's activities at the
Phoenix PhenoMenon.
Children age 12 and under, not attending Friday banquet, are $40
by 1/31, $40 thereafter.
The primary registrant must be a current Mensa member, but each
member is welcome to bring a guest.
Phoenix PhenoMenon t-shirts are available for pre-order until March
20th to be picked up at the RG Registration Desk.
T-shirts
are available
in your choice of four vibrant colors and in sizes from Small
to 3XL, all displaying the Phoenix PhenoMenon logo. Any size and color
you
choose is only $13, so don't forget to order your t-shirt when
you register! Any t-shirt orders received after March 20th will
be shipped after the RG, and the price will reflect the added shipping
cost.
No refunds after March 19th.
