AG 2002: 4 MONTHS AND COUNTING |
Our Kids Trek is in place for attendees ages 6-12. Kids Trek has become a staple in previous AGs and were delighted that well be able to offer it once again.
Twenty one teens have registered for the AG and theyll have their own room across from Hospitality in which to socialize. The National Teen SIG is planning some programs including an all-night movie session and a Teen/Oldster Trivia Contest.
Weve started cooking for Hospitality so that we can offer a wider variety of food to our guests. Check out the monthly Calendar to see when the cooking parties are scheduled and join one.
Volunteers are always needed to help an AG run more smoothly. Over 100 registrants have offered their help. Are you one? If not, please consider doing so. Want a suggestion? For those of you going to AG anyway, please volunteer to help out with Security. All you have to do is enjoy the AG, but keep your eyes open to any potential trouble spots and wear a white hat (which youll be able to keep) so registrants can recognize you as someone they can go to if there are problems.
Contact Gene Holmerud at geneous@bigfoot.com if youre interested in joining the Desert Delights Posse.
And finally: this is the last month to take advantage of the $65 registration fee. That amount will buy you 4 days of fun, workshops, socializing and Hospitality. Dont delay. Send in your registration now. On April 1, the price goes up to $75. See you in July!
We need donations of games, jigsaw puzzles, puzzle books, trivia books, etc.,
for the games room at the AG. Any and all types and levels are needed.
Used items are all right, as long as they are intact. Please give me a call
if you have something to donate. Thanks for your help. Barbara Bradley

the second Sunday of each month until June, with extra sessions to be announced.
On February 10 we will assemble at Mel Anderson and Karens place from 11:30 AM-5 PM. You are welcome to attend for just part of the time as well. On March 10 we will converge on Barbara Bradleys abode.
