Greater Phoenix Mensa Year 2000 Election

The four principal elected positions for your board for the coming year are uncontested. We do, however, have four excellent candidates for our THREE positions of Member at Large. I therefore strongly encourage all of you to vote in this election. Members at Large serve an extremely important function of being a link between the membership and the board. If you ever have a problem with your local Mensa Chapter, the MAL is a strong first choice to getting the problem resolved. As a practical matter it provides the board with a feeling of support if a good per cent of the membership takes the time to vote.

To vote, mark the following ballot (or a facsimile if you don’t want to cut up your MAAM) and mail so that it is postmarked by June 10, 2000 to

On the envelope (not on the ballot) mark your membership number that is on the mailing label of your MAAM. Only regular US Mail can be used at this time. No write in candidates are permitted under our bylaws. Vote for THREE (3) of the Members at Large. You have the option of not voting for any uncontested position.
