This issue of the MAAM contains the annual directory. It was prepared from the membership list as of April. If there are any errors in the directory, please drop me a line and note the correction. If you renewed after April or are a new member and want to be included also drop me a line. These changes will be presented from time to time in future issues of the MAAM. The question of making the directory available in machine readable form is still under consideration and I will let you know as soon as I know anything. I rather suspect that it will be taken up by the new board. I certainly believe this is the way to go.

You will note that your ballot is included in this issue. Superficially it would seem that there is little need to vote. The principal offices are uncontested and the three Member at Large offices are contended by only four people. All of whom, I might add, are more than qualified. Voting, however, demonstrates your interest in the organization and sends that message to the board. I think our candidates wrote some fine campaign statements and I invite you to take the time to read them.

We have an unusually good chapter here. Our monthly forums have been among the best I have seen in my some 25 of membership in Mensa. We also have many other interesting and stimulating activities. We have a good involved core membership and our last RG was one of the best I have attended. I am looking forward to the next RG and our coming AG. GPM is easy to become involved with and I encourage you to consider becoming more involved if you have not done so already. We have a really fine bunch of people in this chapter who are well worth getting to know better.
